This privacy policy applies to all apps developed by Ed Shiers ("we", "us", "our").

Information We Collect

Our apps do not collect personal information on servers operated by us. Data you enter is stored locally on your device. Some apps, including NetDue, may use Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services to privately synchronize data between your devices. We do not receive, access, sell, or use that synchronized data.

Third-Party Services

Some of our apps use The Movie Database (TMDB) API to fetch film information including titles, posters, cast, and crew. Searches you perform are sent to TMDB's servers. Please refer to TMDB's privacy policy at themoviedb.org for details on how they handle data.

Subscriptions and payments are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/privacy for details.

Analytics

We do not use any analytics tools or tracking software.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
