Please include the device you’re using and a short description of the problem. Do not include confidential invoice information.

iCloud Sync

NetDue stores invoices locally and can synchronize them privately between your devices using Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services.

To use synchronization:

1. Sign into the same Apple Account on each device.

2. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled.

3. Open NetDue while connected to the internet.

Changes may take a short time to appear on another device. NetDue remains usable offline.

Reminders

Invoice reminders require NetDue Pro.

Open NetDue → Settings → Invoice Reminders, select when you want to be reminded, and allow notifications when prompted.

You can change notification permission later in your device’s Settings app.

Restore NetDue Pro

Open NetDue → Settings and select Restore Purchases.

Make sure you’re using the same Apple Account that originally purchased NetDue Pro. NetDue Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

NetDue calculates and tracks invoice payment deadlines. It does not create invoices, process payments, perform bookkeeping, or provide accounting or legal advice.
